Marc Loy is an American actor, model, and producer. His father is of English descent and his mother is a Korean immigrant. His parents met while his father was in the Air Force and stationed in Seoul, Korea. Raised on a farm in Pana, Illinois, Loy graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, IL, with a Bachelor of Arts, Visual Communications.
Loy started modeling and acting late in his career. Loy studied Meisner Technique, stage and combat fighting with Robert Goodwin (www.filmfightingla.com) and is currently training at Margie Haber Studio.
Loy has done close to 40 commercial campaigns for Nokia, Samsung, Gillette, Koka Noodles, amongst others. He landed his first television role playing Richard Tan in “Growing Up” produced by MediaCorp in Singapore.
